Originally operated by Rock Ohio Caesars (a Caesars Entertainment and Rock Gaming joint venture), it rebranded to Jack Cincinnati Casino in 2016 before a 2019 $745 million sale to VICI Properties (land/buildings) and Hard Rock International (operations), which leased the property and fully rebranded it in recent years.
The 100,000-square-foot two-story casino features nearly 1,600 slots, 85 table games including blackjack, craps, roulette, and mini baccarat, a 31-table World Series of Poker room, sports betting, plus dining at Hard Rock Cafe, Brick'd Pizza, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood, Constant Grind, 33,000 square feet of meeting space, and entertainment venues open 24/7.
