Originally a cattle farm, the idea to start a vineyard came about in the early 2000s when Blaine Davidson, inspired by an MBA project, proposed turning the land into a vineyard. The winery officially opened its doors in 2015. It produces quality wines from locally grown grapes as well as grapes sourced from around the world, and it has earned awards like a Bronze Medal at the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.
