Stadium

PNC Field in Moosic, Pennsylvania, opened in 1989 as Lackawanna County Stadium and was initially built as a smaller version of Philadelphia's Veterans Stadium, featuring artificial turf and distinct orange and green seats.

It served as the home for the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Red Barons, affiliated with the Philadelphia Phillies until 2006. In 2007, the stadium was renamed PNC Field after the naming rights were sold to PNC Bank, and the team became affiliated with the New York Yankees, rebranding as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

The stadium underwent a major reconstruction starting in 2012, reopening in 2013 with modern amenities and a more fan-friendly design while maintaining its status as a central hub for baseball in the region. It has a seating capacity of about 10,000 and hosts the RailRiders, offering a prominent baseball experience in northeastern Pennsylvania.
