Founded by Mike and Kristi Huber in the early 2000s, the winery features over 95 acres of vineyards planted with classic French varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The land’s unique geology and microclimate, including clay-rich soils and steady airflow, help produce concentrated and flavorful grapes used for crafting complex, age-worthy wines.
The property includes two distinct tasting rooms — the family-friendly Harvest Barn with picnic space and the Tower View Tasting Room — and a private venue called Wild Boar Hall for club members. Stone Tower blends natural beauty, historic roots, and modern winemaking expertise to offer visitors a memorable experience with premium Virginia wines.
