Owned by TLC Casino Enterprises since businessman Terry Caudill purchased it from Elsinore Corporation in 2003 following their bankruptcy, it gained fame under female president Jeanne Hood from 1977 to 1993 and maintains nostalgic Old Vegas charm amid modern renovations.
