The farm is well known for its artisanal cheeses and pure maple syrup, with its smoked cheese winning a Blue ribbon from the American Cheese Society in 1995. Today, the farm is run by the third and fourth generations of the family, including Betsy, her husband Larry, their sons, and grandchildren, who continue the tradition of seasonal farm work and welcoming visitors year-round.
