The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring in Maryland is the largest aerial forest adventure park in North America, offering an expansive outdoor climbing and ziplining experience set across about three and a half acres of forest.
Established in 2011 on the campus of Sandy Spring Friends School, it features 14 courses with over 200 climbing and ziplining elements, ranging from easy trails for young children aged 5 and up to challenging courses that reach heights up to 65 feet.
The park includes a variety of obstacles such as bridges, ladders, and rolling elements, with difficulty levels color-coded from beginner to double black diamond, making it accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels and ages. Besides the main aerial forest, there's the Labyrinth, a smaller, pole-based climbing structure that can be rented for private groups and parties.
