It was originally opened as Bally's Saloon & Gambling Hall in 1993 at Mhoon Landing and later moved upriver in 1995 to Robinsonville (now Tunica Resorts) through a joint venture with Lady Luck Gaming. Over the years, ownership changed hands several times, including Hilton Hotels and Harrah's Entertainment, before being sold to Colony Capital and eventually acquired by Gaming & Leisure Properties and operated by Penn Entertainment.
The casino features approximately 46,535 square feet of gaming space with around 899 slot machines and 16 table games. The hotel once attached to the casino has been demolished. This casino is part of the development that transformed Tunica from a struggling agricultural area into a notable gambling and entertainment destination.
