Established in 1929 with historic 1930s Civilian Conservation Corps log buildings adding rustic charm, it features the 1.7-mile Doughboy’s Nature Trail, 14 miles of hiking paths including North Country Trail segments, Loon Lake for swimming and paddling, mountain biking, fishing, picnicking, and winter skiing on 22 miles of groomed classic trails plus 7.4 miles of skate skiing.
