One of Washington's oldest state parks, established in 1923 and named after the local Twana (Skokomish) tribe, it features historic Civilian Conservation Corps architecture from the 1930s listed on the National Register of Historic Places, a warm-water beach ideal for swimming, shellfish harvesting like oysters, boating, clamming, crabbing, and family camping with 47 sites including full hookups.
