It offers 10 tent-only campsites with platforms, picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, and drinking water from a hand pump, operating May through September on a first-come, first-served basis popular for its soothing waterfall roar and misty base for wading. Visitors enjoy short hikes to viewpoints, grayling fishing in the creek, picnicking, and using it as a scenic stop en route to Wrangell-St. Elias National Park's McCarthy Road.
