The north side offers suburban amenities like 60 campsites (52 full-hookup), a boat launch, swimming beach, sports fields, and the 10-mile Apple Capital Loop Trail for hiking and biking, while the south Horan Natural Area provides wetland trails for wildlife viewing of muskrats, beavers, and birds.
Popular for boating, fishing, camping, and picnicking in the Apple Capital region, it operates year-round with modern facilities leased from Chelan PUD.
